The scores will be calculated and published after each event. There may be a delay after results are published before the league is updated The scores are handicapped so all schools and groups can be tabled in a composite league. At the end of the competition year the following awards will be made:
The teams will be awarded trophies and certificates. The individuals will be awarded medals and certificates.
POTOC normally offer 4 courses at each local event:
equivalent to Yellow, about 1.0 - 1.5 km (courses mainly on paths)
equivalent to Orange, about 2.0 - 2.5 km (courses sometimes veering off paths)
equivalent to Green or Light Green, about 4.0 - 5.0 km (difficult courses designed for experienced orienteers)
